How can I track the progress of my order?All orders are shipped with a personal tracking number. This number is available in the shipping confirmation email. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number. The possible status updates for your order are: Processing – Your order has been confirmed and is currently being prepared in our warehouse. In transit – Your order has been shipped. You can track its journey on the carrier’s website using your tracking number. Delivered – Your order has been delivered successfully, with the delivery date confirmed.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This means your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

How can I use a promo code or discount code?You can enter your promo code during the checkout process. On the payment page, you’ll see a field labeled “Promo code” or “Discount code.” Simply enter your code there and click “Apply.” The total amount will update automatically if the code is valid. Is there a minimum order amount?No, there is no minimum order amount. You’re free to order as little or as much as you like! However, don’t forget — we offer free shipping for all orders over €58 within Sweden and internationally.

How much time do I have to return a product?You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it doesn’t meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service before returning any item to receive instructions.
